How do I create an account?

When you book a service, an account is automatically created for you. Simply set up your account, choose a password, and you’re ready to go.

Do you service my area?

We serve Victoria, BC and surrounding areas. If we can reach your location within 30 minutes, you’re in our service area.

What is included in a standard cleaning?

Standard cleaning covers all main living areas, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping. Optional extras like fridge or oven cleaning can be added during booking.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

Yes. Our cleaners arrive fully equipped with professional-grade supplies. If you prefer eco-friendly products or have special requests, let us know in advance.

How much does a cleaning cost?

Pricing is based on the type of building, and number of bedrooms and bathrooms in your home. Your exact price is shown instantly during the online booking process.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Absolutely. You can add notes during booking or update your appointment through your account after booking.

How do I book my first appointment?

Use our online booking form to select your service, date, and time. If you need assistance, you can also contact our team directly.

Payments, discounts & referrals
Can I apply a coupon or gift card?

Yes. Enter your coupon or gift card code during checkout and your total will automatically update.

Why are some discounts for new customers only?

We offer different promotions throughout the year, including recurring service discounts, seasonal offers, and referral rewards.

How does the referral program work?

Share your referral code from your account. When a friend books, they receive $25 off and you earn $25 in credit toward future cleanings.
